“We Create The Night” is a training concept which provides nightlife venues and clubs getting much more successful on each level. This concept consists of 3 main parts called “Staff & Service”, “management and the brand” and “communication & special activities”. The workshop takes 2.5 days, focusing on each aspect and especially on the fact that every employee is able to identify himself with the brand and your club.The basis of such a training is your CI and your target group

THE WORKSHOP WILL FOCUS ON
STAFF & SERVICE
Each employee is a piece of the clubs face and policy. Further he makes the brand come alive for the consumers. The employees motivation and identification with the club is very important and thus must be treated as a key aspect for a outstanding night. This part coaches and motivates the staff of all departments to deeply put your consumers into a positive brand experience. Consumers will enjoy their stay more and will be keen to consume.
MANAGEMENT AND THE BRAND
To have highly motivated colleagues is the most important aspect of creating high-end hospitality A colleague can only be motivated and confident if he likes his job and feels well by doing his tasks in a sophisticated and unique manner. This part of the training supports the leaders in all of their responsible competences and offers solutions on how to emphasise each individual in participating in this process.
COMMUNICATION AND SPECIAL ACTIVITIES
Communication is to be considered an elastic term and theres much difference between the internal communication at the same time of a communication between staff/you and consumers. This part of the workshop is teaching some simple but very effective tricks in every situation of communication. This topic also points out reasons for consumers to go to a club and how you can influence them to come to yours. Special activities like special merchandise items, staff & merchandise management, intelligent ordering systems and much else are also part of the training.
